LICENSE AGREEMENT – PERSONAL USE ONLY
This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the digital design files ("Designs") provided by SimpleSteps.guide / PDS-Technology LTD ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, or using these Designs, you ("Licensee") agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Designs for personal use only.
2. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
Reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Designs in any form.
Use the Designs for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling physical or digital products containing the Designs.
Upload or distribute the Designs through print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces, or other commercial services, except when sending the Designs to print-on-demand services strictly for your own personal use.
Modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Designs.
3. Ownership and Copyright
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Designs remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. No ownership or copyright is transferred by this Agreement.
4. Termination
This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Designs and destroy any copies in their possession.
